  • The biggest advantage of this add-on is its ability to connect timelines outlined from either MS Excel or MS Office and translate them into a visual timeline generated into MS PowerPoint. Therefore, any changes made into the MS Excel / MS Project timelines can be easily reflected into the visual PowerPoint timeline within the click of a button (the ‘Refresh Data’ button). This program has made it easy for me to present and communicate, changing timelines quickly and efficiently. The program also allows a variety of visual customizations for timelines generated on PowerPoint. This program has been very beneficial for me as a project manager.
